The prices include the cost of consumption of water-electricity-gas-heating-laundry-parking-pool.
Cleaning of cooking is required, while cleaning the apartment is payable locally. < BR> If the client wishes to personally provide the linen, it will be a discount on the price list weekly.
Small pets are allowed at 15.00 euros / week.
baby cot: 18.00 Euro / week.
Arrivals are scheduled through Saturday from 15:00 to 19:00 and starts on the Saturday before 9:00.
Apartments must be, in any case, leave in order. < BR> In the summer (June-September) Aperitif Restaurant and live music 2-3 times a week.
Daily cleaning: euro 10,00. Rehabilitation 2 times per week: Euro 10.00 cad.
3 additional change of linen: EUR 12.00 per person per week. |
